2.1 Token Supply

The $MeGods Token will have a fixed total supply of 500 billion tokens. This supply will be minted at the project's inception and distributed as outlined in the following sections.

2.2 Token Distribution

The token distribution will be divided into the following categories:

Initial Token Offering (ITO): 10% of the total supply will be allocated for the ITO, where early adopters can participate and contribute to the project's development.

For future use: 80% of the total supply will be used for the initial LP Pairing, distribution to various exchanges, and future project developments (for example rewards pools and burns). This is to prevent liquidity issues going forward.

A: The exact amount is subject to adjustment based on market conditions to allow for no more than a 10% down for each presale investor at launch. The tokens will be taken from the 80% Future Use supply aforementioned.

2.3 Token Token Utility

$MeGods Token will serve as the primary currency within the $MeGods Token ecosystem, enabling users to participate in various activities, including:

Up-voting and tipping memes: Users can use $MeGods Tokens to reward and appreciate their favorite memes.

Access to exclusive content: Holding $MeGods Tokens will grant users access to premium and exclusive meme content and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) as part of the MeMe Gods NFT Marketplace.

Participation in governance: Token holders will have the opportunity to participate in the decision-making process of the $MeGods Token ecosystem, including voting on platform upgrades and community proposals.
